Competitive Teams
One club. Four stages of a career.
Our teams are organised around what a player needs at each age, not around who wins the most trophies at U10. Here is exactly how each stage works.
Age Groups
How our rosters are built
Foundation — U9 & U10
Two training sessions and one match per week. Rosters stay small so everyone plays significant minutes. Results are not tracked publicly at this age; individual technical benchmarks are.
Development — U11 to U13
Three sessions plus a match. Players begin position-specific work while still rotating through multiple roles. This is the age band where we introduce video review.
Performance — U14 to U16
Four sessions, league play, and two showcase tournaments a season. Strength and conditioning becomes a scheduled part of the week, not an add-on.
Pathway — U17 & U18
College recruitment support, highlight film production, and academic advising alongside a full competitive calendar. Our staff contacts programs directly on behalf of players.
Tryouts
How to join a team
Tryouts run twice a year — late May for the fall season and early December for spring. Players who miss a tryout window can still be evaluated individually; we place athletes mid-season when a roster spot exists and the fit is right.
- Register online and choose an age group — no fee to try out.
- Attend two evaluation sessions across one week.
- Receive a written assessment within five days, offer or not.
- Accepted players confirm their roster spot with a season agreement.
The Season
What a competitive year looks like
Fall runs August through November, spring runs February through May, and summer is optional: camps, futsal, and individual training. We schedule a genuine off-season in December and June because growing athletes need one.
League play is regional, with travel kept deliberately modest at younger ages. Older teams add two showcase events per year where college coaches are present.
Think your player is ready for a team?
Book an evaluation and our staff will tell you honestly which age group and stage fits — including if another year in a development program would serve them better.
