Goalkeeper Training
Keepers deserve their own curriculum.
Too many young keepers spend group training standing in a goal while somebody shoots at them. Ours train with a specialist, on a plan, twice a week — and still play outfield until they're thirteen.

The essentials
Goalkeeping is the most technical position on the pitch and the one most often coached by whoever happens to be free. We do the opposite: keepers train with a dedicated goalkeeper coach in small groups, on a curriculum that runs from U8 through U18.
We also insist that keepers under thirteen keep playing outfield. Modern goalkeeping is a passing position — a keeper who cannot receive under pressure and play forward is not a modern keeper, and that ability is built in the field, not the six-yard box.
On the Pitch
What players work on
- Handling technique — set position, hand shape, and catching under contact
- Footwork, angles, and shot-stopping from every distance
- Crosses and claims in a crowded box
- Distribution: playing out from the back, switching play, long accurate kicking
- Commanding a defence — voice, organisation, and set-piece management
- Diving mechanics taught safely, with landing technique first

Cost
What it costs
Goalkeeper training is $120 per month on top of any membership tier, or $165 per month as a standalone for keepers who play for another club. Gloves are not included, but our staff will tell you exactly which pair to buy rather than the most expensive one on the shelf.
