Competitive Teams
A roster, a season, and a coach who knows them.
Regional league play backed by a training week that actually prepares players for it. This is where technical work meets tactics, competition, and accountability.

The essentials
Competitive teams are organised in four stages — Foundation, Development, Performance, and Pathway — so a player's week grows with them rather than jumping from recreational to full-time overnight.
Every team trains to a shared curriculum, which means a player moving up an age group isn't starting from scratch. Coaches meet weekly to review video, workload data, and individual development targets for each athlete on the roster.
On the Pitch
What players work on
- Position-specific technical work alongside general ball mastery
- Team shape, pressing triggers, and building out from the back
- Decision-making speed under real match pressure
- Set pieces, attacking and defending, rehearsed properly
- Age-appropriate strength, speed, and injury-prevention work
- Video review — players watch their own clips, not just the team's
